Audio Access PX-700

In buying my house I have inherited an Audio Access PX-700 multi room controller. I have managed to locate the necessary pc software needed to connect my laptop to it via RS-232 cable, but cannot download the system configuration file (called a "project") from the PX-700 down to the laptop in order to make system configuration changes. The Help system doesn't provide the answer. Does anyone know how to do this?

any chance of getting a copy of the Program Manager to program the Px-700.
