I spotted the TAG, cheers, but that Rotel 1570 is a Processor. Appreciate you checking them out though.

About 10 years ago, I was looking for a Processor and Power Amp to replace my Yamaha AX1. The Tag was rather appealing to me, but I was put off by a few opinions. It was also in the reviews (at the time) that the 100x5R was a bit of a let down. A couple of people suggested that the new (at the time) Arcam AV8 and P7 might be worth considering. I laughed it off at first, after all the issues Arcam had with their previous AV equipment. But luckily I gave them a chance and got a demo.

I've still not heard the 100x5R but, from what I'm told, the P7 would be a better buy 2nd hand.

If you are looking at the rotel 1075 then you also consider the 1095.
