Hi everybody:

What do you reckon I should do to improve the sound of my system.

Budget £6,000...

I don't plan to change speakers (unless somebody can convince me I should) but am looking at getting a better bluray player. Also will consider replacing the Denon A1 receiver with separate processor and separate 7 channel amp. I want more power and also want hdmi switching but the choice of processors out there is not good so i might have to do this in stages.

If you want value I suggest looking at secondhand HiFi amplifiers, little depreciation and superb value by comparison to anything AV
