Received a letter from CA this morrning - looks like there is a problem with cases cracking on a small number of uk power supplies.
As a precaution CA are going to replace all uk power supplies - just register your unit's s/n with the pre-paid return postcard or on-line at:

Haven't noticed any problem with mine, but it's not on 24/7.
