Rotel RMB-1075 Power Amps

I have two Rotel RMB-1075 power amps connected to a Rotel 10678 processor. On Wednesday evening we had a power surge and the fuse inside the processor blew. I replaced the fuse in the processor and that is working fine now i think. The two amps however are making a buzzing sound now when switched on. The buzzing only occurs when I have the phono leads connected to the back of the amp even if the other ends of the phono are not connected to the processor. When connected to the processor the speakers aren't producing any sound apart from the electrical buzzing sound. Can anyone suggest what could fix this?
