Freddy vs Jason dvd (Artwork and Spec inside)

New Line have announced that they will be releasing Freddy Vs Jason as part of their Platinum Series on January 13th. The movie will boast an anamorphic widescreen transfer and both DD5.1EX & DTS6.1ES:rotfl: English audio.

Extra features include two audio commentaries (one with director Ronny Yu and another with the lead actors Robert Englund & Ken Krizinger), deleted scenes, alternate endings, a character / series evolution featurette, interview featurettes and some trailers.

Expect the R2 release to follow shortly.
