DVD Pacific

Having read nothing but good things about this company on here and on the reviews of dvdpricecheck, I thought I'd give them a go. First impressions aren't great though. I ordered season 2 of Sanford & Son on Friday, but it still hasn't been sent. Although it claims the item is in stock, against the order the status is 'Backordered'.

I'm not in a particular hurry, since I haven't finished watching season 1 yet, but I have little patience with companies that state items are in stock when they are not. They still have about 7 days left to beat a typical order-to-delivery time from CD Universe, but have no chance of beating my record (3 days delivery from PlayUSA).

I finally got my package through yesterday. I notice that the customs label on the envelope has been marked with 'Software - $20.00', which is a bit less than the actual value I paid. Is this the value they mark on all packages, i.e. am I likely to get more expensive items through without customs charges?
