which headphones

Hi all ... hopefully one of you will be able to help me out here...

currently looking to get myself a pair of decent headphones , suitable for movies/music (ie good allrounder) ...not looking to spend too much .. under £50 preferably ... need good bass/clarity ...

was thinking along the lines of Beyerdynamic DT231 Galactic (£41.99),

what do you guys think ?
