Cancelling A Cd-wow Order??

Can somebody tell me how you cancel a pre-order dvd on cd-wow....there seems to be no facility in my account.
Do i have to contact them personally??
Any replies would be greatly appreciated as could save some money.

Send them an email. They normally repsond very quickly during the week. Typical has been 2-4 hours for me. Click on contact us and follow the instructions.
