I know what you mean, I've spent so long trying to decide what to watch sometimes that in the end it's to late and I just end up going to bed. :suicide:

Watch Amelie, one of the best feelgood films I've ever seen.

I'll maybe give it a spin after Dark Angels finished on C5 tonight. I think I might be in the mood for a war film though. I've yet to watch:-

A midnight Clear
The War
Southern Comfort
Dead Men Can't Dance
The Longest Day
The Duellists

seen any of these?

either that or I'll settle for a good game of Black Hawk Down Deathmatch online multiplayer and get my ass shot up again.

Watch Amelie, definitely. It's an absolutely outstanding film ... and I don't use that phrase lightly :)

But just before you put the disk in the player, take the time to put Moulin Rouge in the bin or up for trade/sale - it's utter pants :thumbsdow

Inner Senses is very good too; and from your second list, Southern Comfort is excellent :)

It was not just boring, but it actually annoyed me - I think it's about the only film that's ever had that effect on me. I had to turn it off after about 30 mins. Some people do love it though. It's one of those that either you love or you hate - there's no middle ground. I hated it

I've just watched Evil Dead II- the beginning of the film is totally different to Evil Dead.

Groovy :P

Evil Dead II is more of a remake than a sequel and is funnier than the first. I love it.
