Ive just got a new alpine cd player (60wx4), infinity 6x9's (200w), A 600 watt amp and crappy standard door speakers ( nissan micra's own).
The system sounds good but the more the volume is upped the fronts start to vibrate/distort. Ive moved the fade to the rear more which solves this but the vocals now sound way too weak.
Can anyone recommend a good pair of front door speakers that should fit without any mods and sound the dogs? (nissan micra 2000 edition)

in my ICE I got a pair of front components , Boston Acoustics FS60 and they are the bizness! Give crystal clarity and excellent bass response .

A bit of a budget stretch at £175 for a pair though ... they're 6.5" , how big are the front speakers for your Micra?

(Can definitely vouch for those Bostons though)

Not sure what size my standard fronts are (havent peeled door insides back yet), but will check tomorrow.
