MP3 to ringtones

Is there any software avaliable that can convert mp3/cda/wav files to ringtones?

Also are there any phones avaliable where you can put an mp3 file as your ringtone other than the nokia musicphone which is still unavaliable.

New Siemens phones like the SL55, S55 and C55 can use midi and mmf files. It's possible to convert .wav to mmf (and consequently mp3 and cd too) :)

I personally just use soundforge 6 to record the Bit of the cd track/mp3 or whatever i wanna use, then save it at the required sample rate.

Thus i dont need to send it through PCsuite to convert it.

there are a number of phones that play mp3s as ringtones - nokia 3650/7650 and the sony P800.
