New Sound Card

Looking for a good sound card for my pc which will be going to my yamaha rx v363 my pc is a iqon (from bigpockets) windows vista and pci express also i have a coaxial port whish i want to plug into and this goes from my yamaha to my 5.1 mission speakers. is coaxial better than anologe? i was looking at the asus xonar d2 sound card but if theres anything better or near there and cheaper then that would be great
