SCPT860 Defaulting to Aux

Afternoon

Last few days ive notcied an issue with my SCPT860 unit. When turning on the Kuro and SKY HD box and SCPT860 after a couple of seconds of being on the SCPT860 defaults to AUX even though it was turned off and had Optcal In last selected for for the cable to the Sky Box. No problem as I just switch it back to optical in and it wil stay on that setting.

However when trying to view a DVD the other night even after being swtiched to DVD and the HDMI channel changed on the TV and sky unit turned of it would only view half a second before switching back to AUX. After 20 mins or so fiddling about the only way I could get it to work was by taking the 2nd HDMI lead out of the TV so only the one from the DVD unit was plugged in. It has been fine for 2 months but just started doing this this week. Anyone have an ideas as to why it might be doing it, I dont know if it is the SCPT860 DVD unit anymore as it is fine when the 2nd HDMI is taken out of the TV, so dont know if its the KURO that is defaulting it somehow
