Best sound possible through SC-PT 850

I am due to have Sky HD installed next week, just wondering whats the best possible sound i can get out of my panny when i connect it up to the HD box? Am i better off buying a Toslink Optical cable (Optical in/out) or the red/white phono's?

Use an optical lead, press 'EXT-IN' on remote to display 'D-IN', thats all really

Also you may have to go into the Sky box audio settings to select 'DOLBY D' on the optical output

Yes if the programme is flagged 'DD' (dolby digital), especially the movie channels in 5.1
