Gotta love children..

My little lad of 8 months is too clever for his own good..

My wife got him a giraffe thing that you can put balls in the mouth and it makes sounds and things..

However it turns out that the balls also fit neatly into the tube of the subwoofer for my SF1200..

So I came down this morning to find that he had put two of these balls into my subwoofer.. I managed to get one of them out with a stick with some sellotape on the end however there is now also a piece of sellotape inside..

The back of the unit seems to be sealed, does anyone know of any other way (apart from ingenious sticks with various sticky things on the end) to remove items from said speaker..??

Cheers,

Chris

Re: Gotta love children..

so many one liners and jokes could be posted here, but anyway...

what about a coat hanger, wire, stretched out, with tape over the end,so its wrapped round the hanger, then either dig it out,or stab it,if you can to remove the ball.

or lay it flat, with the open bass port facing upand get the vaccum out, then either use the hose/attachment,to suck up the ball, meanwhile, you can move the sub around so the ball can drift close to the hose.
