New HDTV- Please help?!

Hi, im new here so first i will say hello.

I am looking to buy a new Samsung 40" 1080p Tv I have it narrowed down to 2 but im not sure which will be better.

The first one is 100hz 1080p

and the second has 24 fps real movie mode

as I am a bit unsure which one would be better your help and advice would be great.

What will you be watching on it E.g 30% SD, 30% films, 40% console gaming ?

Also what distance will you be sitting from teh tv and what is your max budget ?

Don't get hung up on specifications, jsut do a little research around the forums here and compare the sets yourself
