The @ sign has moved to a new location

Hi, about 3 weeks ago the @ sign has moved from it's normal place to the No 2, and the Pound sign on No 3 has vanished can't find it any where, I thought the key board must be faulty, so bought a new one and I still got the same problem again, thanks for any advice.

LOL

I think your keyboard may be setup for US english rather than UK? its either in control panel or maybe a little button to the left of the bottom righ of your task bar. If its there, just change it to Eng UK & not US.
