PS3/Wii and Crystalio II

I currently use a Gefen scaler and have noticed a certain delay when playing very fast games (such as F1 and Dirt) or Tennis on the Wii. Now I am forced to use it always in "native" format so as to keep the speed up.

I am thinking of getting the Crystalio II to substitute a Gefen Scaler and a Gefen 4x2 HDMI matrix box.

Basically I have:

PS3 (HDMI out + optical)
Wii (Component out plus Phone L+R)
Arcam DVD (HDMI out + coax)
DiVCO TViX (HDMI out + coax)
Sky HD Dig. Sat. (HDMI out + optical/coax***)

Output Simultaneously to:

Samsung LCD
Infocus IN76 projector

Any reasons why I should NOT buy the Crystalio II VPS 3100 VP?

Yep, no HDMI pass through of HD audio formats (including no PCM >2ch), this may not be an issue for you of course...
