Hi There, i am looking for the unlock code for my Hitachi TV/DVD 19WDVBDVD combo. cAN ANYONE HELP?

A half answer to my own question


Try this for starters



[FONT=Verdana]1.Turn on in dvd mode
2. Press SETUP
3. Press 1 3 8 9
4. With the arrows change the region code
5. Press SETUP
6. Close tray[/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana]The secret pop up menu screen appears but so far i have been unable to access anything on this screen. I cant seem to move up or down the list to the region setting.

Found this solution but unsure if it works or not, my tv dvd combo has gone on the blink before i coulc try it. Hope its of some use to others.




1, Download this zip file from

http://www.alldvdcodes.com/files/SCARLET.zip

2, Unpack the zip file
3, Place the SCARLET folder on a CDR
4, switch on DVD Player (or Recorder) and press eject
5, Place the disk in the drive and press play
6, Select zero(0) on the remote control#
Done!

PS: Make sure the CD-R brand you are using can be read by your player. If
not sure ask manufacturer what to use.
