Hi, I have been automatically moved from the old homechoice platform to Tiscali and recieved the new black Tiscali set-top box. Everything is going fine (well picture quality seems to be deteriorating slightly) but when i contacted Tiscali cust services to try to upgrade to the better Tiscali package i was told that my account is closed!?!? How can my account be closed if i am still receiving a service and still being billed regularly.
Anyone come across this? or have any suggestions of which department to contact!?
