Which 32" Gaming TV

Which TV would be best suited for;

All SD viewing for TV

Xbox 360 for playing games

It wont have many other uses but the above too should be brilliantly handled, I have a budget of £700ish

Thanks.

Re: Which 32" Gaming TV

Around 6-8ft, and I already said all SD for TV viewing and obviously HD gaming on the 360.

Re: Which 32" Gaming TV

I recommend using your budget on a larger screen, because even if you spend £700 on a 32", it will never be "brilliant" on SD. That is plasma territory. And with your viewing distance, you should be looking at 37". I watch my 37" at 8 feet for SD (sometimes even closer) and its perfect for the distance.

Re: Which 32" Gaming TV

For gaming, Samsung usually do brilliantly.

The Samsung A559 is going for £600 (40" screen size 1080p). The 37" version is also slightly cheaper.

You could try the Samsung A656 at 32" at around £650 if you're adamant on a high quality 32" tv, but like I said, SD wont be brilliant unless you are at a reasonable distance from the tv.

Also the Sony 32" W4000, which is meant to the bees-knees at the moment can be had for £700.

The options are there, as long as you go LCD rather than Plasma, and you should decide how much you're willing to spend, and what to sacrifice, tv size or tv quality.

You can use http://www.stockchecker.co.uk for the latest prices on a tv.

Feel like ive hijacked your thread, so im gonna leave some recommendations for other members to put forward too.
