02 Voicemail

Hi

I have had an 02 pay & go mobile for about 2 years now, throughout this time I have had voicemail turned off.

For some reason 02 have now switched it on, and I can't get rid of it

Has this happened to anybody else? And if so, did they manage to turn of the service?

Thanks,

John

Just had a leaflet through in the post from O2 and remembered this thread...

According to what I've just been sent, it's still the same as it used to be...

Turn Voicemail on/off: 1750/1760

Voicemail is a right pain - especially if you have to pay to retreive your messages!!!

I tried the 1750/1760 - but it doesn't give the option to 'turn off' voicemail (Nokia3310/5510)

I found that you had to 'turn off all call diverts' - it's in the menu system somewhere, can't look coz I don't have nokia's anymore.

Hope this helps :-)
