I picked I SPY up from PLAY.
Now either i have cotton woolin my ears or the sound of this DVD is absoultely awful. Ihad it on loud and still coundt make out what they were saying. uestion is, is it just my copy or has anyone else noticed how muffled the vocals are on it?
I have the R1 as well. I watched it a few weeks back and can remember if anything was wrong with it. So I don't think it was checking some reviewsfrom dvdfile
Unlike the transfer, the soundtrack is quite remarkable. Here Columbia TriStar delivers a very strong Dolby Digital 5.1 mix recorded at 448kbps. The surround channels are constantly active, delivering directional effects with ease and the presence of atmospheric ambiance is terrific. Dialogue is well anchored in the center speaker, with great integration of the score and effects across the front. Imaging is topnotch, and even the LFE channel gets a workout with the occasionally well-reproduced rumble. This is a fine 5.1 track
I guess it may just be your disc, or you have indeed cotton woolin in your ears
no i think some copies must be faulty because mine is like it too!the voices are very muffled/way to much base.A shame because whilst the film is'nt the greatest you'll ever see, murphy and wilson together are hillarious.surely some discs have been mastered wrongly:thumbsdow
