Hi, I've been a loyal Homechoice/Tiscali Customer for years and last Wednesday my DSL signal went down. It's taken until today (Monday!) for me to get through to some who now says my account has been cancelled due to non payment of my bill. (Which isn't true as I've always paid via direct debit and my last on left on the 29th April!
I love having my TV and internet down the phone line but I'm getting very frustrated at the appalling customer service I'm receiving. If there was anyone else who did TV down the phone line I'd be off like a shot!
Have they treated all Homechoice users like this? What is this but the technology and dump the userbase or what!?
Can anybody please help?
