It's Region 2
Looks like a really good set to own.
I already own The holy grail and the meaning of life, and I am trying to get a Criterion Life of brian.
Is the other one (now for something completely different) new or has it been available before?

At the moment it's exclusive to the R2 box

How is the transfer of LOB ?
The criterion has some areas of grain in it so I was wondering if the R2 was better.
The new R2 Life of Brian transfer is quite poor, lots of grain. The holy grail is much better.

I always found the other picture anomalies, like smearing, on the Criterion version to be far more offensive than film grain that's always going to be there due to the film stock used.
I appreciate the films are in widescreen format but are they anamorphic? It sounds good value for money currently at £29 from a number of suppliers.
