LCD but which one???

Im looking at getting a 40" LCD in the next few weeks, ive been on here reading countless discussions on the various brands and models from Sony, Samsung and Panasonic for the last two months.....

But i still have my head in the clouds for which one to go for......

It will be used with my PS3, Vaio FZ11s laptop, Onkyo 605/6 and Acoustic Energy 5.1 surround sound.

Im looking at 1080p to get the most out of the television as well as being slighlty future proof (for the time being)

Willing to pay for good quality and something thats going to last..... upto £800!!!

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance

Yeah I have to agree that the best choice is still the Sony KDL-40V3000.Have a look at the Samsung LE-40A559 too though
