Subwoofer Cable Acostic Energy Aego T 5.1

Hi all, couple of questions, first off got my AE's delivered yesterday and discovered that I need a specific cable for the Sub (only other surround sound set up I had used the same normal cable for all the speakers) could someone direct me to a reasonably priced one please.

My other question is, is there some kind of joiner for sub cables? Where I live at the moment the sub only really needs 1-2 meters of cable but I'll be moving in a couple of months and there's a good chance it'll be sat further away.

Have you any freebie composite cables lying around ie. the yellow/red/white ones? If you have, you could use this as a temporary solution until you move. I would buy a longer cable rather than a short one now and use RCA couplers to join it to another. For subwoofer cables, see QED, profigold, markgrant and bluejeanscables etc. I use a QED mini myself as I need to hide it around the room. Most sub cables come in 1m, 3m, 5m, 10m lengths.
