I think someone at work has used my pc to look at some files that they shouldn't. How do I go about checking my recently viewed docs (if this is possible). I don't want to involve my boss at the moment. So I can't go to the IT bloke as it's his son.

Have you tried Windows Start menu - My Recent Documents? This will include recently opened and saved docs.

Assuming you have a bog standard setup your recent documents will be in "C:/documents and settings/user name/my recent documents", where "C" is the boot drive, and "user name" should be your log on name. I think by default the "my recent documents" folder is also a hidden one though, so if you don't have the relevent rights you won't be able to change it to a state that will allow you to view it. Also your talking about a pc at work, where the IT Dept will more than likely have a policy which stores your documents in a different place, I'm not sure weather this will effect where your "my recent documents" folder is.
