Every oled prototype i see is glossy. From first LCD i'm a big fan of anti-glare coating and i hope there'll be oleds with that. I hate glossy screens and that is big plasma and crt disadvantage for me.

Is there any technical limitation in oled technology that could require certain screen coating? I really hope we'll see anti-glare oleds...

Thanx...

That has nothing to do with coating, but with lcd technology...

Did you read my question? I asked a question and you start talking about what you want. go and make your own thread.

if you wana talk with your self then open notepad

im talking about subject "aniti-glare" vs. "glossy" and no mater on which type of panel it is used
"aniti-glare" kills balck by default

excuse me, it has EVERYTHING to do with coating. go do some research as i cant be bothered to explain

a matt surface (anti-glare), is a grainy surface where colours are fragmented and the light emitting distorts, whereas on a glossy surface it passes through as it should

so therefore youre wrong and should want a glossy surface as you wont get as good colours and contrast on a matt one. thanks.

edit: and martin is right.. you should listen to him.
