Problems downloading videos on my W890i, have I deleted something??

I have had my SE W890i for about 2 weeks now and I've had the free 1 month trial for "Football 24-7" which lets you download and view goals from the Premier League and Champions League games!
Anyway, its worked just fine up to today when I went to download a few of the weekends goals and the message I now get is that "Your handset is not a video capable handset"!?!?!?

Clearly my handset IS video capable as its been working previously and I can still capture video on the phone itself!!

I did delete a random video file over the weekend that just seemed to be a demo of how to upload videos - could this be anything to do with it?? If so, how do I get it back??

Any ideas guys??

Thanks...

Can you update the phone firmware/software through the SE phone manager.
I can't remember if it's something you download from SE or it's already in the phone.
Can you remember what the file was called?

I wish I could remember what it was that I deleted! I'm gonna give the firmware update a go I think and see if it helps!

Cheers,

OK it maybe the XML files that you have deleted in the main Phone memory.

1. Plug in your phone.
2. Go to the Phone Via browser.
3. See if there are 2 files there. if not click on the next link download and copy over.

This should do the trick. http://ellarosecornwell.me.uk/Sony Ericsson W890i.rar
