Can I replace a WD2500JD with a Wd2500JS hard drive

Hi.
It is a caviar - serial ata hard drive.
Are they like for like?
If not, what are the differences?
Thanks.

According to western digital's product specifications they appear to be identical drives with the only differences being that the newer one supports SATA 2 as well as SATA 1 and is quieter.
