What is the difference between the Sony KDL 40D3000 and 40D3500?

The D3000 is discontinued. The D3500 is newer and 1080p whereas the D3000 is not 1080p.

But the D3000 has 3 HDMI whereas the D3500 has 2 HDMI.

The D3500 is a better tv though.
