I'm looking for a 46 inch TV to go above my fireplace, but unfortunately can only fit a TV up to 690mm high.

This effectively rules out all of the Sonys and Sharps as they won't fit, similarly the new 46 inch plasma from Panasonic won't fit - therefore my choice seems to be limited to either:

Samsung LE46F86BD (683mm high) or
Toshiba 46XF335 (659mm high)

Are there any other thin bezel TVs available today or due in the next couple of months that I should be taking a look at?

Given the poor feedback in the forums for both of these TVs, is it better to go for a high-end 40/42 inch LCD instead.

Wherre is the poor feedback on on the 46XF355?

I've had one for nearly 3 months and think it's fantastic - with no problems at all.

In these forums its mainly the faulty tvs that get reported, but there are perfectly happy owners with perfectly functioning tvs, both the Samsung and Toshiba.

I think the Toshiba suffers from clouding due to the thin frame, but it may be just an exaggeration.
