What cables do I need?
Tomorrow I am having delivered:

SAMSUNG HT-THX22R Home Cinema
SAMSUNG LE40M87BDX TV
SONY PS3 Console + Mega Pack which includes HDMI cable

I'm assuming the TV and Home Cinema don't come with any cables so what else do I need to make the most of the system from Day 1? And how would you suggest I link everything?

I don't know much about the PS3 but I expect you'll want an optical cable from PS3 to HT for 5.1 output, a phono (pair red+white) from TV to HT (for 2.1 stereo) and a HDMI cable to go from HT to TV for DVD playback (and to see the HT's menus).

GRRRR!

HT doesn't appear to have optical connections! Looks like I've bought a duffer and could be cancelling my order!

As Comet wouldn't offer the same discount on a Panasonic player at the same price, whole order cancelled

serves me right for not researching it properly.
