Help choosing new 1080p TV...

Hi all.. currently having a hard time choosing between 2 models: Samsung 40" LE40M87BDX/XEU OR Toshiba Regza 42" 42XV503DB HD.

Both are in my price range and I will be moving up from a 32" Samsung. My main complaints about the current model is thats its a bit small, the black levels are not great for gaming and I'd like 1080.

I also have a decent sound set-up and a Humaz HDD box (the Samsung freeview drove me to it!)

What would you go for out of these 2?

Neither go for the Sony kdl 40v3000 can be had for the same price and nowere near as many problems as the M87 and no reported conecting problems as Tosh(stuck pixals and colour)

The 42XV503 looks very good but its too early to judge it.As things are now get the 40V3000
