Hi anyone know which one would be best to go for.

Im intrested in a tv no bigger then 37" and i would like to try a tv with Ambilight.

Thanks CHRISGEO , i take it i should go for the 37PFL7603D model then??

Why is it cheaper if its better?

Cant find no reviews , i know its not out yet but i thought some site might of been able to get hold of one before it came out?

No reviews yet unfortunately. Its cheaper than 9632 but its not the replacement of it its below the 9 series on philips ierachy.Everything is better on the 7603 apart from the fact that it misses 100Hz that 9632 has and perfect pixel engine

Will perfect pixal engine matter? not to sure what it does.

I thought the new model 7603D had 100Hz i rang Philips yesterday and some lady did tell me she thinks it is , but i dont really think she knew what she was on about , as she told me they dont sell it in the 37" range and could only give me the specs on the 32" model :suicide:

I pre-ordered the 37" at £899 the slighter older model is only £100 more so not a bit difference....i just hope i like it.

I have got no dates yet to when its even going to be delivered though :(

Am thinking of getting the 7603, one of my main applications is for PC display. I have a 13.3" laptop optimises display at 1280x800 60hz, according the specs the PFL7603 supports only 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768. Anyone can advise if i can get good display on the 7603 still, anyway the supported computer format for 7603 is much limited than 9603, any view?
