Can anyone solve this Internet puzzler?

HI,

On the B and Q website, http://www.diy.com , I am unable to see pictures of the items when browsing, e.g fires, tools, I get the text but the pictures are just blank.

My ISP is AOL using a wired or wireless connection (netgear DG834g) , however- I can see the pictures when I go through AOL browser.
I have tried :

Internet Explorer 6 and 7 (3 PC's) and Mozilla Firefox - no pictures
AOL Browser - pictures

My neighbour, also with AOL, can see the pictures using IE and AOL no problem.
If I log into his wireless connection-I still cannot see the pictures.

I have tried to eliminate ISP and Router but results are conflicting, I cannot solve this one.

Any ideas?

In Internet Explorer 7 you can go to 'Tools' and choose Internet options. On the Advanced tab, there is a 'show pictures' option.

Still strange that you are getting no pictures so may be worth giving Ad-Aware a run (from lavasoft.com) if you have not done so already.

I once had a similar problem and solved it by upgrading the router to the latest firmware, have you tried this?
