XP to XP Media Centre - how ?

I know that Vista is out and has a great Media Centre, but I've an older machine with XP on it, that I'd like to upgrade to XP MCE (not Vista).
Anyone any thoughts on the best way to do this - is there anywhere that still offers the upgrae ?
Thanks!

Looks good - thanks.
Is there anyway to upgrade my existing XP to XP MCE though? Or do I have to buy the whole thing ?

There's no such thing as a Media Cente upgrade/plug in as such, it's part of the operating system, so you have to buy the whole thing.

Re: XP to XP Media Centre - how ?

There is an xp to mce converter i used a year ago.It worked but was pain in the ass as it was very buggy.I used it so to connect my 360.
In the end it was easier to format and do a clean install of mce.You will find it much more reliable.
I wouldn't even bother trying to upgrade it just ain't worth the hasle.
