Need advice on the SG33G5M

Hey, iv just signed up here, and this forum seems like a good place to get some answers.

First of all, im not very 'up' on hardware, so i want to know if ive made the right choice.

I recently bought the shuttle SG33G5M Deluxe, and kitted it with...

Corsair TWIN2X 6400 DDR2, 2048MB CL5

Intel Core? 2 Duo E8200 2.66GHz, Socket LGA775, 6MB, 1333Mhz

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB SATA2 16MB 7200RPM

Have i made a good choice with these so far? (obviously i cant return them, but it wld b good to know that i have or havnt)

Second, the xpctool refuses to run, iv heard alot of bad things about it, but without it how do i put my VFD to full use? how can i display temp etc on it?

Thirdly, when i was lookin at the spec, i was under a deluded impression that the built in graphics card wld b good enough to play most games on low spec. (i was wrong). I would like the 8800 GT (unless someone can suggest a better one for around £150), does this graphics card fit? and what about the cooling on it?

Forthly, i went for this one because i mainly use my pc for watching films, music, and browsing the net. but i also always get the newest games out and play on them for a few hours till i get bored. If kitted out with the right gfx card, and my current components, it will handle games fine yes?

Im just abit worried because its titled as a media pc, that it wasnt meant for playing any games on. (If thats the case then ill cry).

Sorry for the ramble. but i hope you can answer my questions.

Many Thanks.
