Im trying to put a name to an old film I have seen, Here is what I can remember :
Undercover Male & Female cop who turn start to use the drugs to prove themselves to the dealers.
The male cop had a beard I think.
I would age the film as around late 80's
In one scene a dealer asked the female cop to shoot up to prove she is an addict at which point the male cop helps her.
Hope this is a enough to go on.
