I bought this a while ago and only had the chance to watch it yesterday, it is one of the best films I have seen, it is a documentary about two rising basketball stars from troubled backgrounds, running time just short of 3 hours but it never becomes boring, hard to find but I got mine from Movietyme.

I saw this a few months ago and agree with the above posts. The film follows the fates of two inner-city boys over a period of many years (6 or 7, IIRC).

I really do not want this thread to die, the only thing that has worked against this film is that documentaries were not popular at the time, until Michael Moore became famous, if this film were released today it would astonish people, it is that strong.
