Hello, I have a second property in Mallorca, and I have a satellite box over there, that I can recieve basic free Tv on, but no channel four, five, sky three, etc. I have an old activated freesat card lying around (I switched to pay monthly sky) that I am not using, so I thought, if I take my freesat card abroad, by a cheap sky box off eBay, and plug in the satellite dish to my sky box, will I just get freesat in my flat? Or are there complications? Any info would be much appreciated.

If you receive BBC1 today, the short answer is yes. What you are describing is Freesatfromsky. Freesat itself will only launch "real soon now" and is likely to provide access to channel 4 on your present box without a card. Five has not committed yet. If you're not in a hurry you may wish to wait.
