Good cheapish earphones for iphone?

Hi

Can anyone recommend decent earphones that can fit the iphone, that are relatively cheap (max £30) and if they exit, do not need any adaptor?

Thanks

Re: Good cheapish earphones for iphone?

Does the iPhone take a regular 3.5mm jack?

If so, go for Sennheiser. Their +/-£30 earphones are awesome.

it's a 3.5mm jack, but the socket on the iphone is slightly recessed, so most headphones won't fit as the plastic around the end of the jack is too thick. you can get adapters for it, some with mic attachments, or some people shave down the plastic to make it fit

i found my sony buds had rubber around the end that moves, so they fitted and just no more, without modification, but i'm thinking about getting the monster cable (the apple store does it) which looks decent quality and has a mic for £15 plus delivery. i'm just trying to find a better price than the apple store. there are cheap versions available on ebay from about £5 delivered

Sennheiser PX100's gets my vote. They are the headband type though.
£20 from Amazon.
Best portable headphones ive ever had.
