Freeview Channel 5

Friend has just got Panasonic freeview box, is it normal to have a problem with channel 5 reception.
All other channels seem ok is there a cure, RF is switched off
Any ideas thanks

You shouldn't really get problems with Five, it may be that the multiplex it is broadcast on isn't received as well as the others in your area. Have you checked the aerial positioning / suitability for digital reception?

I have no problem with my panasonic on 5 even though the analogue 5 reception is unwatchable
