Question Headphones for iPod

Hi All
Just bought an iPod Classic. Headphones are rubbish. Can anyone recommend a good pair of in-ear phones, don't want over ear types. Budget not an issue, I want quality.
Thanks

Re: Headphones for iPod

My son bought some of these http://www.sennheiser.co.uk/uk/icm.nsf/root/500830 to go with his Archos AV405.

He's very impressed with them. Do a search on the web though as prices can vary significantly

Re: Headphones for iPod

Hi,

I recently switched from using the Senheisser CX300s as in the above post to BOSE Triport In Ear - they retail at just under £70 but you can get them for much less if you shop around.

When switching from the iPod buds to teh Senheissers, the quality was great. Switching to the BOSE, in my opinion, the quality is fantastic!

Not everyone gets on with the silicon in-ear bits but teh sound clarity and bass are spot on.

Re: Headphones for iPod

ive also bought a pair of bose, and they are a good set of headphones. the bass can be a bit much sometimes, so i fairly often have to tweak the output so suit

if its quality your after though, check out some of the shure range... brace your wallet though for a big hit!

Re: Headphones for iPod

I've used the Sen' CX300 and they are good, I am told the 400's are even better - used Bose but couldn't get comfortable with them (sound was also a little quiet) - currently using SHURE 210 (£70), these are the best ear buds I have experienced although I am told the 310'S are even better.
