I currently have the standard Sky digibox but my dad is thinking of getting the Sky package (TV, broadband & phone) so if I recommend him we both apparently get a free Sky+ box each!!
Thing is, I dont have an accessible wall to mount the dish on so when I originally had it installed about 8 years ago I had to pay a 3rd party company to mount the dish on my chimney as it was classed as a non-standard installation!!
I've rung Sky and queried them about this and one guy said it wasnt a problem, just mention it when I get my voucher through and I call to arrange installation and they will make a note for the "special heights team" and it wont cost any more than the standard £30!!
Like an idiot, I forgot to take the guys name and I've made the mistake of believing Sky before and when its come to it, its ended up costing me money!!!
My question is, has anyone encountered a similar situation and how has it gone???
Thanks in advance guys....
