Does anyone know if they send despatch emails?

I ordered a couple of things about 10 days ago and no despatch email yet, probably just me being impatient.

You should get an e-mail confirming despatch, although this can arrive a couple of days after the despatch date they quote.

My last order with HKflix was for the new Korean Battle Royale SE and the Dutch 'Ichi'.
I got a mail 2 days after they had sent BR which also confirmed that I still had another title on pre-order. Then another mail when they sent that out.

Did you order both at the same time?

I put an order in for 2 items valued at £60 total.

Did you get hit by customs?

Ordered both at the same time; one was a pre-order so sent separately.
I've never been hit by customs for a HKflix order - got a feeling they put $12 on the label - could be thinking of another site though.

Anyone know how long HKFLIX usually take to deliver. Been waiting 2 weeks for an order no despatch confirmation or anything. and of the 4 emails Ive sent them I've had 1 reply, and all that said was "I believe it has been shipped"
