got my dud dts road to perdition yesterday.like other people on the forum,mine wouldnt play on any dvd player in my house.
emailed cdwow just after 8am,got a reply from kate just after nine
to tell me a new was being sent with a jiffy to send back duff one.
cd-wow we salute you.:clap:
i only hope this one works!!!

CDwow are always very good in areas like this, never ever had a problem with them about anything, no matter how small the quibble. Top company. :smashin:

...Only problem with them is they take your money straight away on pre orders. So you may wait weeks before the product is posted. Opposite of Play.
I didn't realise this until just recently.

This isnt all that uncommon either though, Future ent do it too so do AB sound. At least you know where you are with your money though.

If they did, I'd be stuffed. Had some rare stuff on order with them for weeks that I haven't been billed for yet as it hasn't shipped :grin:
