ANy help with my ipod please?

hey my ipod has just run out of warrenty 6days infact! anyway when i play a video or song it, you select it and it just stays on 0.0 it has the play symbol in the corner. I have tried it on an itrip and it does the same! I ave in and tried a restore but that didnt work! any help would be appriciated!

Mine did exactly the same, take it back to the shop and they should give you a new one. If they won't, tell them it only started being used on Christmas day as it was a present so it should be in the warranty.

I got my mum to try taking it back, but that failed! Anyhow must have to go buy a classic soon then!
